🥇 Issues of selecting talented youth were discussed.
🔗 At the training seminar organized for directors of sports schools and specialized sports schools, a presentation was delivered on identifying talented youth and properly guiding them into sports disciplines to achieve high results.
➡️ Information was provided on athlete selection stages, model indicators of high-performance athletes, and analysis of mobile laboratory research results.
ℹ️ At the end of the seminar, agreements were reached to further strengthen systematic work on selecting and supporting talented youth in cooperation with sports education institutions.
