INTERNATIONAL INTERNSHIP IN CHINA SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED, MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION SIGNED

On June 26, 2026, an official meeting was held at the Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology, China, with the participation of a delegation from the Gulistan State Pedagogical Institute. The leadership and representatives of the two higher educational institutions attended the meeting and discussed the prospects for cooperation in the fields of education, science, innovation, and academic exchange.

At the meeting, the Vice President of the College, Xia Caiguo, emphasized the consistent development of strategic cooperative relations between Uzbekistan and China, in particular, partnership in the field of higher education.

Speaking on behalf of the Gulistan State Pedagogical Institute, the Vice Rector of the Institute, N. Ayakulov, expressed deep gratitude to the Chinese side for the warm welcome, the high-level organization of the internship program, and the modern conditions created for professors and teachers and students.

During the meeting, views were exchanged on the prospects for student exchange, advanced training of professors and teachers, scientific cooperation, and expansion of joint educational projects. Students also shared their impressions of the educational process.

At the end of the event, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the two higher education institutions. According to the memorandum, an agreement was reached on the participation of about 50 professors and students in academic exchange programs each year.

This memorandum serves as an important legal and practical basis for further expanding the international cooperation potential of Gulistan State Pedagogical Institute, improving the quality of education based on international standards, enriching the international experience of professors and teachers and students, and bringing Uzbekistan-China cooperation in the field of higher education to a new level.
