in person to the Admissions Office of the Moscow State University Branch in Tashkent.

Undergraduate Program

Admission to the first year of the Lomonosov Moscow State University Branch in Tashkent is competitive for the undergraduate program in the following fields: Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, Psychology, Advertising and Public Relations, Philology: Russian Language and Literature, and Management. The duration of study is four years.

Applications will be accepted from June 20 to July 11, 2026.

ENTRY EXAM SCHEDULE:

Bachelor's degree entrance exams will be held from July 13 to 22.
Note: The exact exam schedule will be published later. The entrance examination schedule is currently being approved.

All entrance examinations begin at 9:00 AM.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE ENTRANCE EXAM CONSULTATION:

Each applicant will receive an invitation to a consultation via the email address provided during registration in the WEB-Application system.

If you have not received an invitation, please check your SPAM folder.

You must connect to the ZOOM conference to complete the identification procedure.

Consultations for applicants are held several days before the entrance examinations. Information about the date, time, and format of the consultations will be published later.

List of required documents:

· Application (via the MSU electronic information system – webanketa.msu.ru);

· Original and a copy of your passport (ID card and residence registration) with a notarized translation into Russian. (You must upload scans of the following pages: original passport and a copy of your passport with a notarized translation into Russian, your current residence registration with a notarized translation into Russian (if available, usually the second page of your passport).

Note: If you are applying for an ID card, a notarized translation into Russian of the ID card and additional registration form (propiska) is required.
In addition to a notarized translation into Russian of the ID card and additional registration form (propiska), you must UPLOAD an APPLICATION with your first and last name in Latin letters (in English) in the "Identity Document" section.

The original state-issued education document. (You must upload scans of the following pages: the diploma spread with the number, full name, and educational institution information, and the full diploma supplement (two to four pages)).

Note:
A notarized translation is not required for a school certificate.
For a lyceum or college diploma, a notarized translation of the diploma itself and the diploma supplement into Russian is required.

A JPEG or PNG file (300 dpi resolution) containing ONE 3x4 cm photograph (black and white or color, bareheaded, taken in 2026). If the dimensions do not match, the photograph may be cropped.

Please note that the Moscow State University branch in Tashkent does not have a dormitory for student accommodation. In certain cases, the branch may, by agreement, accommodate out-of-town students in the dormitories of other universities, subject to availability.

Transfer to the Moscow State University branch in Tashkent for undergraduate studies

List of required documents:

Application;

A copy of your passport (ID card) with a notarized translation into Russian;

A scanned copy of your academic transcript (certificate of study period) in the established format and a copy of your grade book, certified by the institution of higher education where you are studying; A scanned copy of the original state-issued education document. (Scanned pages: 1. Diploma spread with the number, full name, and educational institution information; 2. The full Diploma Supplement.)

A JPEG or PNG file (300 dpi resolution) containing one 3x4 cm photograph (black and white or color, bareheaded, taken in 2026).

A copy or scanned copy of the original license and state accreditation certificate of the original educational institution (if transferring from another institution).

Academic Transcript (Transcript) Requirements:

Must be on the institution's letterhead.

Contain information on the completed curriculum in hours/credit units.

Must include a list of subjects, indicating the assessment methods (exam, test), and final grades.

· Be signed by the director (authorized person) and certified by the organization's seal, or contain a QR code with a link to an official source confirming the certificate's authenticity.

The application period for transfer to the Moscow State University Tashkent Branch for undergraduate programs begins June 20, 2026, and ends July 15, 2026.

Transfer to the Moscow State University Tashkent Branch is based on the results of the assessment tests.

Date of the assessment test: late July - early August 2026.
