An event titled “Respect for Teachers” was held in the student dormitory
On the occasion of October 1 — Teachers and Mentors Day, a festive event titled “Respect for Teachers” was organized in the 1st student dormitory of Kokand State University. The event was held with the active participation of the Head of the Department of Spirituality A. Mahmujonov, Deputy Dean D. Rahmatullayeva, educator-pedagogue D. Mamatkhojiyeva, and the students.
The speakers emphasized the important role of teachers in society and the education system, expressed gratitude to educators for their immense contribution to the upbringing of the younger generation, and called on students to treat their mentors with respect.
The festive program was enriched with live performances: students presented solo songs, group dances, and stage scenes. Representatives of various faculties took part as performers, sharing a joyful spirit with the audience through their musical and theatrical performances. During the event, participants expressed heartfelt wishes to the teachers and applauded them warmly.
The event took place in a warm atmosphere, with organizers and participants exchanging views in a spirit of cooperation and gratitude. It was highlighted that the main goal of the spiritual and cultural event was to further strengthen teacher–student relations and promote a culture of respect and courtesy among students.
