A walking marathon under the slogan “5,000 Steps for Health” was held at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University.
Organized at the initiative of the university’s Council of Veterans, the event brought together more than 100 participants, including university veterans, senior professors, teachers, and staff members, who walked the designated 5,000-step distance together.
The marathon was organized to promote a healthy lifestyle, increase physical activity, and support the social engagement of the older generation.
