Urmonov Khaytbek participated in a training as part of the project “Ambassadors of Russian Nuclear Education”, organized by ANO DPO “Rosatom Technical Academy”. The event took place in Moscow and brought together international students from Rosatom’s core universities.

Over the course of three days, participants developed soft skills and leadership competencies: they learned the art of memorable self-presentation, how to confidently talk about themselves and their goals, and how to use storytelling to deliver engaging and persuasive speeches. Special attention was given to techniques for quick argumentation and constructing logical, structured speeches.

The training was conducted in an interactive format: practical exercises, team games, discussions, and presentations helped reveal each participant’s personal potential. The project concluded with a ceremonial award ceremony.

We wish Khaytbek new opportunities, knowledge, and bright experiences, and hope he will represent the Tashkent branch of NRNU MEPhI with distinction on the international stage.
