A Scientific and Practical Conference of Master's Students Was Held at Tashkent State University of Law
A scientific and practical conference of master's students on the topic "International and National Criminal Law: Interaction, Issues of Liability and Their Effectiveness" was held at Tashkent State University of Law. During the conference, current issues of international and national criminal law, penal enforcement legislation, and criminology were discussed.
The conference participants presented reports on the role of international cooperation in combating modern forms of crime, improving national legislation and law enforcement practice, strengthening the institution of international criminal liability, and developing mechanisms of interstate cooperation. During the scholarly discussions at the conclusion of the event, Professor Ravshan Hakimov shared analytical observations on the participants' presentations and offered recommendations for further improving their research.
The scientific theses and articles presented at the conference were published in the form of a special collection of materials. This scientific and practical forum served to combine the master's students' theoretical knowledge with practical skills, to support research activities, and to strengthen the links between legal science and law enforcement practice.
