Center for the Implementation of Educational Programs of Webster University in Tashkent
The Center for the Implementation of Educational Programs of Webster University in Tashkent was established on March 20, 2019, in accordance with Resolution No. PD-4245 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and it holds the status of a higher education institution. This center operates in cooperation with the prestigious Webster University in the United States and is responsible for implementing its internationally accredited programs in Uzbekistan.
The main objective of the Center is to train competitive and highly qualified specialists who meet international standards in priority fields such as information technology, economics, natural sciences, pedagogy, entrepreneurship, and others. Additionally, the Center actively works on introducing international practices into the higher education system, organizing educational processes based on modern technologies, improving the qualifications of teaching staff, and developing scientific research activities at the international level.
To date, the Center for the Implementation of Educational Programs of Webster University in Tashkent is developing rapidly. Starting with 400 students in the 2019–2020 academic year, the Center has now grown to nearly 5,500 students. This reflects the steadily increasing quality of education, trust, and demand in a short period of time.
At the undergraduate level, the Center offers 11 programs covering modern fields of social, economic, technological, and natural sciences. At the graduate level, it offers 3 international-level programs in the fields of education, innovation, and business administration. The educational process is conducted in English and based on Webster University’s curriculum from the United States.
Today, the Center is considered a reliable higher education institution that provides high-quality education based on innovative teaching methods and prepares internationally competitive specialists.
For international students
Student Entry Visa (for temporary study under inter-institutional higher education exchange programs)
Issued for a period of up to 1 year to foreign students studying temporarily at higher education institutions located in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (based on inter-institutional higher education exchange programs or within the framework of inter-institutional cooperation). It is processed upon the request of educational institutions, ministries, agencies, and organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan that have educational institutions under their jurisdiction.

Issued for a period of up to 1 year to foreign students studying at educational institutions located in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It is processed upon the request of educational institutions, ministries, agencies, and organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan that have educational institutions under their jurisdiction.
Scholarships
There are no scholarships available for foreign students.

Tuition fee is 25% higher for foreign students.

Section Tasks:
• Support for bilateral and multilateral cooperation, interaction with foreign higher educational institutions, international agencies, funds, foreign and international organizations;
• Working with domestic and foreign partners, drawing up contracts, draft contracts, coordination and approval of programs;
• Participation in joint international conferences, symposiums and exhibitions
• Engaging in issues of external cooperation, joint programs, and external organizational matters.
• Providing high-quality educational programs and services for students and assisting foreign students in adapting to the university environment;
• Promotion and implementation of Webster University's international initiatives in the fields of education, research, and services through the development and support of international cooperation;

Our alumni have gone on to hold prestigious positions in various sectors. For instance, Mokhistara Muhammadyunusova, an MBA graduate, was elected Chairperson of the Youth Parliament under the Senate of Uzbekistan. Another alumnus, Kanat Abdikarimov, serves as a head specialist at the Agency for Information and Mass Communications of Uzbekistan.
Entrepreneurial and Competitive Success
Webster students excel beyond the classroom. In 2023, student Sulton Mavlonov and his team won the Startup Battle at IT Park in Tashkent with their innovative project, PointAl, earning a trip to the Web Summit in Lisbon. Additionally, our students triumphed in the Boston Consulting Group's case-cracking tournament, showcasing their problem-solving skills on an international stage.
