Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent (TTPU) is a foreign higher education institution established on April 27, 2009, by Decree No. PQ-1106 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The University operates based on cooperation between "Uzavtosanoat" JSC, the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and Politecnico di Torino (Italy).

Admission Procedure for International Students at Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent (TTPU):

1. Online Registration
Application submission: Applicants must visit the official admission website, select the desired program, and submit their application by clicking the "APPLY NOW" button.

Required documents:

• A photo sized 3.5×4.5 cm (in JPEG format);
• A copy of the passport (including the page with permanent registration) (in PDF format);
• IELTS certificate (optional, in PDF format).

2. Entrance Exam
Format: Computer-based test.

Subjects and number of questions:

• Mathematics: 18 questions
• Physics: 12 questions
• Logic: 6 questions
• English: 6 questions

Duration of the exam: 90 minutes

Grading system:

• Correct answer: +1 point
• Incorrect answer: -0.25 point
• Unanswered question: 0 points

Exam language: English

Exam results: Results will be announced shortly after the test is completed.

Visa Procedure at Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent (TTPU):

After payment of the tuition fee in accordance with the contract, TTPU will apply for a visa on behalf of the student.

Applicants admitted to TTPU are required to apply for an A-1 visa following the procedure below:

TTPU submits a formal visa request to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Upon review, the MFA issues a telex number. Using this telex number, students can obtain a visa from the Embassy or Consulate of Uzbekistan in their home country. To initiate the visa process, applicants must send the following documents to the TTPU International Relations Department via email at international.department@polito.uz:

• An official request
• A copy of the valid passport for travel

According to the immigration regulations of Uzbekistan, all foreign citizens must register with the local registration authorities within 3 working days of their arrival in the country. Alternatively, those staying in hotels will be automatically registered through the hotel. Failure to register or delayed registration (i.e., later than 3 working days after arrival) will result in an administrative fine.

🎓 Joint Education Programs

TTPU implements several joint educational programs with foreign partners:

• A 2+2 joint undergraduate program with Yeungnam University(South Korea) is available. Students study the first 2 years at TTPU and the next 2 years in South Korea, earning two diplomas. Major: Engineering.

• A 2+2+1 program is being implemented with the University of Pittsburgh (USA). Students study 2 years at TTPU, 2 years in the USA, and have the option to continue with 1 year of graduate studies in the USA. Fields: Engineering, Technology, Economics.

• A 2+2 joint program is under development with Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (Lithuania), covering management and business.

• A student and faculty exchange program is being carried out with the University of Bologna (Italy), supporting academic mobility in various fields.

• Joint programs in mechanical engineering and automation have been launched with several universities in China.
