Brief Description:

The objective of the program is to train specialists possessing modern knowledge, practical skills, and professional competencies in the tourism and hospitality industry. Students acquire comprehensive knowledge in organizing tourism services, managing hotels and accommodation facilities, developing and selling tourism products, establishing excursion and guiding services, tourism marketing and management, customer service culture, tourism safety, and international tourism standards.

Internship / Practical Training:

Students complete their professional internships in travel agencies, tour operator companies, hotels, hostels, resorts, sanatoriums, museums, pilgrimage sites, tourism information centers, transport and catering enterprises, as well as state and non-governmental organizations operating in the tourism sector.

Career Prospects:

Graduates can pursue careers in travel agencies and tour operator companies, hotels and other accommodation facilities, restaurants, leisure and entertainment complexes, tourism information centers, guide and excursion services, state tourism authorities, and marketing and service enterprises. The program establishes the necessary theoretical and practical foundation to continue studies at the Master's (MSc) and subsequently Doctoral (PhD) levels.
