Currently, the department has a plan for working with gifted students; after classes, teachers of the department conduct additional classes with gifted students. Also, although cooperation agreements have been concluded with preschool education organizations to establish teaching practice, it is difficult to control teaching practice and ensure their methodological training in the districts.

When studying collective volumes of documents at the department in cooperation with the dean's office of the faculty, increasing the effectiveness of spiritual and educational work among students, educating students in the spirit of patriotism and loyalty to the ideas of national independence, appropriate measures were taken. to form respect for national and universal values, instill in them high human qualities, the spirit of loyalty to their homeland and people, as well as further improvement of the “Teacher-student” system.
