General Description

70410506 – State Financial Control and Audit is a master’s specialization delivered in full-time mode of study.

Education in all forms is organized on the basis of the credit-module system, with the exception of higher military educational institutions.

The standard duration of study in the master’s program is 2 years.

General Requirements

Admission to the master’s program is carried out on a competitive basis among applicants who hold a bachelor’s degree or the qualification of a certified specialist in the relevant field of study, as well as in related fields of higher education determined by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation.

English Language Requirements

Applicants are required to provide an internationally recognized certificate confirming foreign language proficiency: at least 72 points in TOEFL, 5.5 in IELTS, TestDaF — TDN3, or CEFR level B2. A B2 or C1 level certificate issued by the Agency for Assessment of Knowledge and Qualifications under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation is also accepted.

Applicants who do not provide a foreign language proficiency certificate must take a foreign language examination. The minimum passing score is from 60 to 100 points. In this case, the admitted student is required to submit the relevant foreign language proficiency certificate before the end of the first year of the master’s program.
