Sports classes (struggle)

The Bachelor’s program in Sports Activity: Freestyle Wrestling is aimed at the study of the theory and methodology of freestyle wrestling, physical training, organization of sports training, analysis of competitive performance, sports pedagogy and athlete preparation processes. During the program, students develop knowledge and skills in freestyle wrestling techniques and tactics, training process planning, working with young athletes, safety rules and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Graduates of this program may work in sports schools, physical education and sports organizations, sports clubs, general and vocational educational institutions, health and fitness centers, and athlete training systems. The program is designed to train qualified specialists with theoretical and practical knowledge in freestyle wrestling, capable of organizing the training process effectively.
