Physical culture

The Physical Education program provides students with contemporary theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and professional competencies in physical education and sports, as well as in promoting a healthy lifestyle. Throughout the program, students study sports pedagogy, sports physiology, training planning, sports management, and health and wellness technologies. The educational process combines theoretical knowledge with practical training, sports competitions, and teaching practice, with a focus on developing students’ leadership, teamwork, and professional skills. Graduates are well-prepared to pursue careers as qualified professionals in educational institutions, sports schools, sports clubs, fitness and wellness centers, and public and private organizations.
