Philology and language teaching: Korean language

Through this academic program, you will acquire comprehensive knowledge and professional competencies in Philology and Language Teaching (Korean ). This program occupies an important place in the modern education system and is designed to prepare highly qualified specialists who possess advanced proficiency in East Asian languages as well as strong pedagogical expertise. In today's globalized world, the Korean language is among the most востребованных and strategically important foreign languages, offering extensive academic and professional opportunities.

Throughout the four-year bachelor's program, you will gain in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of the Korean language, including linguistics, literary studies, translation theory, and contemporary language teaching methodologies. In addition, you will have the opportunity to apply and strengthen your knowledge through supervised teaching practice, enabling you to develop the professional skills required for a successful career in education and related fields.

The curriculum also emphasizes intercultural communication, Korean culture and civilization, academic research skills, and innovative approaches to foreign language instruction, ensuring that graduates are well prepared to meet the demands of both national and international educational environments.

During the 8 semesters (4 years) of study, you are required to complete a total of 240 ECTS credits, including:

• Total classroom instruction: 2,520 hours
• Professional and pedagogical internship: 900 hours
• Bachelor's graduation thesis: 420 hours
