About the programme
Philology and Language Teaching (Japanese, Korean, Uzbek Languages)
The "Philology and Language Teaching" program enables students to study language, literature, and teaching methodology in depth and to become qualified philologists and teachers. Within the program, students choose one of the Japanese, Korean, or Uzbek languages and fully master the language system in its grammatical, lexical, and cultural aspects.
The educational process is aimed not only at achieving an excellent command of the language but also at developing the skills to teach it to others using modern and interactive methods. Students study the fundamentals of literature, translation, linguistics, and pedagogy and become closely acquainted with the culture and traditions of these languages.
The Japanese and Korean language tracks are especially promising, opening up international cooperation programs, exchange opportunities, and broad career prospects for students. Graduates can build successful careers as teachers, translators, or language specialists in educational institutions, international companies, and diplomatic fields.
