About the programme
60111700 – Russian Language in Non-Russian-Speaking Groups. The programme covers the set of professional fields related to teaching Russian as a non-native language in groups and classes where instruction is conducted in another language, developing learners' speaking, grammatical and communicative competences, and teaching the fundamentals of Russian language and literature as well as intercultural communication. Graduates may work as teachers of Russian in preschool, general secondary, specialised secondary and vocational education institutions of the continuous education system, as specialists in language centres and higher education institutions, as translators in public administration bodies and local and international organisations, and in the mass media and publishing.
