Master of Management (Educational Management)

The Master of Management (Educational Management) programme provides students with advanced knowledge and professional competencies in the field of educational leadership and management. As education systems continue to undergo rapid reforms, the demand for highly qualified educational managers equipped with modern leadership and management skills is steadily increasing.

During this one-year programme, students will study contemporary subjects, including Theoretical Foundations of Educational Management, Strategic Management and Planning in Education, Educational Quality Monitoring, and Innovative Management in Education. In addition to advanced coursework, students will complete scientific practice, engage in research activities, and prepare and defend a master's thesis, developing the leadership, analytical, and research competencies required to effectively manage educational institutions and systems.
