The Management program prepares students to lead organizations, teams and business processes effectively. Students gain knowledge in strategic management, human resource management, organizational behavior, project management, decision-making and business development. The program develops leadership, communication, problem-solving, teamwork and entrepreneurial thinking. Students learn how companies are planned, organized and managed, as well as how to make sustainable decisions in competitive environments.
