Korean Philology
About the programme
The Korean Language Philology program provides students with the knowledge and practical skills required to achieve proficiency in the Korean language, gain an in-depth understanding of Korean literature, linguistics, and culture, and apply modern linguistic approaches in practice. Throughout the program, students study Korean grammar, spoken and written communication, translation theory, intercultural communication, and modern teaching methodologies. The educational process combines interactive learning, practical projects, and international experience, with a focus on developing students’ language proficiency, communication skills, and professional capabilities. Graduates are well-prepared to pursue careers as qualified professionals in educational institutions, translation centers, international companies, diplomatic missions, and public and private organizations cooperating with the Republic of Korea.
