About the programme
The History program is one of the most important and prestigious fields of study, dedicated to the in-depth exploration of human development, the evolution of civilizations, and the historical experience of society. This program specializes in preparing highly qualified professionals with strong historical awareness and analytical thinking skills, capable of scientifically analyzing historical events, political processes, cultural heritage, and the patterns of social development.
Students enrolled in the History program study subjects such as the History of Uzbekistan, World History, Archaeology, Ethnology, Historiography, Source Studies, Museum Studies, Cultural Heritage, Historical Research Methodology, and Contemporary Historical Processes. The educational process combines theoretical knowledge with practical training, scientific research, archival and museum internships, and educational visits to historical sites.
