  In the 1st year, all subjects specified in the curriculum are conducted in Uzbek.

The qualification practice is carried out in the archaeological monuments located in the Surkhandarya region under the jurisdiction of the Cultural Heritage Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan

From the 2nd year, all subjects in the curriculum are conducted in Uzbek. Qualified internship at Surkhandarya Region Local History Museum, holy sites and cultural heritage sites located in the region

In the 3rd year, all subjects in the curriculum are taught in Uzbek. Qualified practice in the departments of the state archive located in the regions and districts of the Republic of Uzbekistan

In the 4th year, all subjects in the curriculum are conducted in Uzbek. In the territorial institutions of the system of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan

After successful completion of 4-year studies, the specialty of historian and pedagogue is awarded.

1 credit is 30 academic hours.

GPA is determined annually in the third week of August.

The block of elective subjects is determined by the decision of the Higher Education Council from the complex of subjects that ensure the requirements, adaptability and mobility of the labor market and personnel customers.

When creating a working study plan based on the curriculum, while maintaining the weekly volume of the student load, changing the size of the block of academic subjects up to 5%, the volume of the subjects in the blocks up to 10%, and maintaining the total volume of the audience load, free volume of weekly loads in some semesters can be specified.

The term of the final state certification includes the defense of the graduation thesis.

Practical classes of the subjects included in the curriculum are held in museums, historical sites, and archival organizations.

In order to ensure the integrity of theory and practice, students' professional practices are held in museums, historical sites, archival organizations, and general secondary education institutions.

Physical education and sports science is organized as a facultative course in sports sections based on the student's voluntary choice.

Course work is carried out on the basis of I credit at the expense of independent study hours allocated to this subject.
