Geodesy and geoinformatics

The Geodesy and Geoinformatics program provides students with advanced knowledge and practical skills in land surveying, spatial data collection and analysis, and the application of modern geoinformation technologies. Throughout the program, students study geodetic surveying, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), remote sensing, cartography, and the application of satellite technologies. The educational process combines theoretical knowledge with modern equipment, digital software, and practical projects, with a focus on developing students’ analytical thinking, technical skills, and professional competencies. Graduates are well-prepared to pursue careers as qualified professionals in geodesy and cartography organizations, construction and design companies, land resource management and cadastral systems, as well as public and private organizations working with spatial data.
