Cadastre (Bachelor's Degree)
The Cadastre program at Alfraganus University provides students with comprehensive theoretical knowledge and practical skills in land resource management, real estate registration, geodesy, cartography, and modern geoinformation technologies. The curriculum is designed to prepare qualified specialists for the effective management of land and property relations.

Core Subjects: Geodesy, Cartography, Land Cadastre, Real Estate Cadastre, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Fundamentals of Remote Sensing, Land Management, Land Monitoring, Cadastre Databases, Real Estate Valuation, Land Law, and Cadastre System Management.
Practical training is an essential part of the program. Students gain hands-on experience through internships in cadastre agencies, geodesy and cartography organizations, design institutes, and land resource management institutions.
Graduates are qualified to work as cadastre specialists, geodesists, GIS specialists, land management experts, real estate valuers, and land resource management professionals.
The program emphasizes modern geoinformation technologies, digital mapping, land resource management, and real estate registration practices.
*The annual tuition fee for international students is set at UZS 25,000,000 (twenty-five million Uzbek soums).
