Students of the Faculty of Public Law are the winners of the Moot-court simulation on the topic “Features of consideration of corporate disputes in the courts”
The Department of Business Law of Tashkent State University of Law, within the framework of the “Corporate Law” module, held a simulation Moot-court on the topic “Features of the consideration of corporate disputes in the courts”. Students from all faculties of the university and the team of the Legal Clinic took part in the Moot-court.
Based on the results of the competition, the following results were recorded:
1st place - 2nd group, 2nd year students of the Faculty of Public Law;
2nd place - 1st group, 2nd year students of the Faculty of Public Law;
3rd place - student volunteers of the Legal Clinic team.
During the court hearing, the winners of the nominations “Best Judge”, “Best Assistant Judge”, “Best Lawyer”, “Best Plaintiff” and “Best Defendant” were also determined.
The winners of competitions and nominations were awarded certificates and memorable gifts.
