Delegation from China's Liaoning Province Visited Urgench State University
UrSU hosted representatives from Liaoning Province and Liaoning Normal University to discuss establishing a branch in Khiva and collaboration in Psychology, Philology, and Engineering.
Today, a high-level delegation from Liaoning Province, People's Republic of China, visited Urgench State University. Official negotiations were held with Zhao Xunbin, Deputy Director General of the Liaoning Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, and Li Yujyun, Vice-Rector of Liaoning Normal University.
UrSU Rector F. Madrahimova highlighted that the establishment of a branch of Liaoning Normal University in Khiva is crucial for developing the higher education system based on international standards. Furthermore, it was noted that the joint Confucius Institute would play a significant role in intercultural development. The parties reached agreements on initiating cooperation in the fields of Psychology, Philology, and Engineering, as well as organizing faculty and student exchange programs. This visit is expected to further strengthen bilateral academic ties and facilitate new strategic projects in science and education.
