Master in Human Resources Management
Description

The Master's Program for Human Resources Management is an undergraduate program that provides in-depth knowledge and experience in human resources management. The program covers human resource management in all fields and sectors of the economy, providing a comprehensive approach to solving the problems of the efficient use of human factors in science and manufacturing. It is also designed to prepare experts who can analyze the scientific and practical aspects of the role and importance of human resources in finding solutions to issues related to deepening structural changes and economic reforms in the economy and expanding its scope.
Content and Curriculum
During the program, students will master complex topics such as human resource management theories, the development of new professions and skills that have emerged in the labour market, hiring qualified candidates, the formation of a stockpile of targeted personnel, the evaluation of the effectiveness of employee activities, the training and development of employees and the management of their careers and compliance with regulatory documents. They will thoroughly study the strategic, organizational, legal, moral and social aspects of managing human resources and gain a comprehensive understanding of the problems and opportunities facing modern organizations.
The  curriculum of the master's program for human resources management combines theory and its practical application. Students participate in case studies, research projects and simulations to develop analytical and problem-solving skills related to human resource management issues. They will also be able to participate in real projects to communicate with industry professionals, participate in internships or gain practical experience in the field.
