Cooperation will be further strengthened.
Representatives of Kokand State Pedagogical Institute visited Hacettepe University and Istanbul University in Turkey from December 16 to 20 this year.
During the visit, agreements were signed to further develop close and mutually beneficial cooperation between the universities, including the establishment of joint education programs and the implementation of academic mobility programs for faculty and students.
Additionally, the institute's representatives met with Usmon Mesten, a member of the Turkish Parliament and head of the Turkey-Uzbekistan Parliamentary Friendship Group. The parties exchanged views on a wide range of issues related to enhancing cooperation between higher education institutions in Uzbekistan and Turkey and expanding friendly ties between students of the two brotherly nations.
It should be noted that in July this year, the rector of Hacettepe University, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Cahit Guran, was awarded the title of Honorary Professor of Kokand State Pedagogical Institute (https://t.me/kspi_rector/21291).
