An international scientific and practical conference on the topic "Current Issues of Inclusive Education: Problems and Solutions" was held at the Kokand State Pedagogical Institute.
The event was attended by scholars from Uzbekistan and abroad, as well as industry specialists, doctoral candidates, master's students, and young students.
Opening the plenary session of the conference, Nurbek Jo‘rayev, the Vice-Rector for Scientific Research and Innovations, noted that important steps have been taken in recent years in our country to establish an inclusive education system for teaching children with special educational needs, ensuring and guaranteeing their right to education.
The scholars gathered at the conference discussed the current state and future prospects of providing education and training for children with special educational needs in inclusive educational settings, modern solutions to existing problems in the field, and the urgent tasks of preparing highly competent specialists in inclusive education.
Participants exchanged views on the results achieved in practice and ultimately developed conclusions and recommendations regarding the prospects for the development of inclusive education.
