The content of science

The purpose of teaching the subject is to acquaint students with the content and tasks of the subject of mother tongue and reading literacy, teaching methods, educational tools and the knowledge and skills to apply them to the educational process. , formation of skills and competences and the ability to apply them in practice. It consists of determining the content of the main issues studied within the scope of science, providing information about the didactics and methodology of the native language, and forming professional competence on how to teach the native language as a subject of study. To teach students to think logically in this field, to draw scientific conclusions, to form in them the skills of solving theoretical and practical problems of the methodology of teaching mother tongue and reading literacy.

The task of the subject is to introduce students to the methodical approach to the processes of mother tongue education in elementary grades and the scientific worldview, as well as the state education standard, the curriculum, the content and methodical structure of school textbooks, and the modern progress of teaching in primary education. It consists of the formation of theoretical knowledge about methods, methods, practical skills and qualifications.
