UrSU Representative Participated in the Uzbekistan-Malaysia Higher Education Cooperation Meeting
A representative from UrSU attended a meeting in Tashkent to discuss academic and scientific cooperation with University Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).
A high-level meeting focused on a new phase of cooperation between higher education institutions of Uzbekistan and Malaysia was held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Tashkent. Oybek Sotiboldiyev, Head of the International Relations Department, represented Urgench State University at the event. During the meeting, a delegation from University Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), led by Rector Professor Shafry, reached agreements with Uzbek HEIs on fostering partnership in academic and scientific fields. Key discussion points included the implementation of faculty and student exchange programs, paving the way for strengthened bilateral educational ties.
