The master class was conducted by Innokenty Karandashov, the head of the Department of International Law at St. Petersburg State University
A master class was organized on the topic “Problems of interpretation and application of the 2002 Chisinau Convention on Civil and Family Law”.
The training, organized by the Department of International Law and Human Rights of Tashkent State University of Law for teachers and students, was conducted by Associate Professor Innokenty Karandashov, the head of the Department of International Law of St. Petersburg State University, PhD in Law.
The training discussed the content and essence of the 2002 Chisinau Convention “On Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Matters”, its interpretation and application in matters of civil and family law.
During the master class, students received answers to their questions.
