Discussions on the trends in the development of the state and law in the conditions of digitalization
At the initiative of the Department of Theory of State and Law of Tashkent State University of Law, an international scientific-practical conference "Trends in the Development of the State and Law in the Conditions of Digitalization" was organized.
The conference was attended by domestic and foreign specialists, teachers, scientists, and practitioners. It was noted that rapidly developing technologies are fundamentally changing relationships in societies around the world. The conference serves as a platform for studying the changing landscape of governance and legal systems in the era of digital technologies.
During the conference, legal issues and opportunities related to the digitization of management processes were discussed, ranging from data confidentiality and cybersecurity to e-governance initiatives and digital rights. Scholars and practitioners examined the intersection of new technologies, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and internet products, with the legal framework, studying the implications for accountability, transparency, and access to justice.
