The Faculty of International Programmes prepares globally competitive professionals equipped with strategic thinking, leadership, innovation, and intercultural competencies required to succeed in today's international business and technology environment. Through internationally recognized curricula, English-medium instruction, and strong industry engagement, the Faculty provides students with the knowledge and practical experience needed for successful global careers.

Students study business management, international accounting and finance, supply chain and logistics, hospitality management, computer science, entrepreneurship, leadership, digital transformation, and organizational strategy. Learning is enriched through internships, real-world projects, international academic collaborations, and practical industry experience.

The Faculty of Pedagogy is dedicated to preparing competent, innovative, and socially responsible educators capable of inspiring future generations. Through a student-centered educational approach, the faculty combines pedagogical theory, educational psychology, and extensive teaching practice to develop professionals who can thrive in modern educational environments.

Students acquire knowledge in teaching methodologies, child development, psychology, curriculum design, educational technologies, and inclusive education while developing leadership, communication, and classroom management skills. Practical training and partnerships with educational institutions provide valuable real-world experience before graduation.

The Faculty of Economy equips students with the knowledge and practical competencies required to understand, manage, and transform today's economic and financial environment. Through an interdisciplinary approach, the faculty combines economics, finance, accounting, banking, logistics, and financial technologies to prepare graduates capable of solving real-world business and economic challenges.

Students develop strong analytical thinking, quantitative reasoning, and decision-making skills while studying modern economic theories, financial systems, business analytics, taxation, auditing, digital finance, supply chain management, and international trade. The curriculum integrates practical projects, case studies, internships, and exposure to current industry practices, ensuring graduates are prepared for both the public and private sectors.

Ulugbekhon Shofayziyev

Ulugbekhon Shofayziyev studied International Accounting and Finance at TMC Institute from 2021 to 2025. During his studies, he combined academic excellence with valuable international and industry experience. In 2022–2023, he participated in the Work and Travel USA program, gaining international exposure and developing strong professional and communication skills. He also completed an internship at one of Uzbekistan's leading toy manufacturing companies, where he gained practical experience in finance and accounting. After graduating in 2025, Ulugbekhon joined ACWA Power as a Finance Specialist. As one of Saudi Arabia's leading energy companies and a global leader in power generation, water desalination, and green hydrogen projects, ACWA Power offers opportunities to work on world-class infrastructure and sustainable energy initiatives. Ulugbekhon's journey shows how dedication, international experience, and quality education at TMC Institute can lead to a successful career with one of the world's leading companies.

Sevinch Mukhtarova

Sevinch Mukhtarova studied Global Business Management at TMC Institute as a full scholarship (grant) recipient. Throughout her academic journey, she consistently ranked among the top-performing students, demonstrating outstanding academic excellence, leadership, and commitment. Her achievements extended beyond the classroom. In 2025, Sevinch was selected to participate in BCG ASPIRE 2025 in Spain, an international leadership and career development program organized by Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she collaborated with talented students from around the world and strengthened her global business perspective. Today, Sevinch continues her professional journey at TMC Institute as the Deputy Head of the Student Services Unit (SSU). In this role, she supports student development, enhances campus life, and contributes to creating an exceptional educational experience for future generations of TMC students.

Mirabror Karimov

Mirabror Karimov studied International Accounting and Finance at TMC Institute, where he distinguished himself as an active student leader and Youth Representative. Throughout his studies, he combined academic excellence with leadership, volunteering, and professional experience. In 2024, Mirabror served as the Project Manager of Global Youth Fest 2024, leading one of the Uzbekistan's largest youth events. He was also an active participant on the Foreign Languages TV channel and represented Uzbekistan as a mentor in the Youth Empowerment in Tourism program, supported by the U.S. Embassy, in Osh, Kyrgyzstan. From 2023 to 2025, Mirabror worked at the Swiss company OrientSwiss as a Content Specialist and Data Analyst, gaining valuable experience in digital marketing, analytics, and international business. Today, he continues his professional journey at TMC Institute as a Leading Marketing Specialist, contributing to the institute's growth, international partnerships, and student engagement.
