1. Introduction

Higher education in our republic, according to the National Personnel Training Program, is based on secondary specialized and vocational training. In order to improve the educational process, it became necessary to take into account modern requirements for the development of new curricula and modernization of educational standards. The main task is to train a highly qualified specialist who can withstand competition in a rapidly growing labor market. An important role in the higher education system is assigned to the Russian language as the language of science, culture and information technology. Teaching students of Uzbek groups the Russian language is based on lexicogrammatical material related to their future specialty.

Since classroom hours for the subject “Russian language” in the State Educational Standards of the Republic of Uzbekistan are determined from

66 to 84 hours, independent work becomes the main form of classes

(50-56 hours allocated according to State Educational Institution) on specialized literature. Oral skills

students’ speeches are mainly formed and activated in the classroom

Russian language classes. The topics of conversations and educational texts cannot be

reflected in one program for students of different specialties (engineers,

physicians, economists, historians, lawyers, biologists, geographers, etc.).

Special texts should be recommended by university teachers

Republics in accordance with the specialty of students. The whole process

training must correspond to the goals and represent an organic

unity in developing productive language skills

specialties. Since the student population is heterogeneous, this program
