Master of Global Management The Master of Global Management (MGM) program at AUT, powered by ASU’s Thunderbird School of Global Management, prepares students for leadership roles in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. With a foundation in international business, public administration, and cross-cultural leadership, it equips students to tackle complex global challenges. Key Learning Outcomes 1. Global Leadership Competence 2. Strategic Business Acumen 3. Data-Driven Decision Making 4. Sustainable Business Practices 5. Entrepreneurial and Innovative Thinking 6. Cross-Cultural Communication and Negotiation Two Degrees instead of one: 1+1 This program offers a 1+1 Dual Degree Pathway in partnership with the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University (ASU). Students may complete both years at AUT or choose the 1+1 option, studying one year at AUT and the final year at ASU, either online or on-campus. Upon successful completion, students earn two degrees: · Master in Global Management from AUT · Master degree in Leadership and Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at ASU
