Partnership Established with Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University (Turkey)
Urgench State University and Turkey’s Hacı Bayram Veli University signed a Memorandum of Understanding to enhance academic mobility and joint scientific research.
Today, a delegation led by Vice-Rector Professor Metin Orbay from Turkey’s Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University visited Urgench State University. The guests held an official meeting with Rector Feruza Madraximova.
During the meeting, the fraternal ties between Uzbekistan and Turkey, the shared language, culture, and traditions, as well as the strong friendship and cooperation between the two nations, were highly acknowledged. Following the negotiations, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed to promote mutual cooperation between the two institutions.
The memorandum covers the following key areas:

Exchange of faculty members as well as undergraduate and graduate students;

Establishment of joint research activities;

Mutual participation in scientific seminars and international conferences.
