International cooperation
A cooperation agreement was signed with the Hebei Institute of Railway Transport of the People's Republic of China and the enterprise "ZU Express China".
On February 1 of this year, a meeting was held with representatives of Sun Moon University of the Republic of Korea and other Korean organizations. The meeting was devoted to the discussion of cooperation between the two universities in the fields of education, science and culture.
The Vice-Rector for International Cooperation of Tashkent State Transport University Bahadir Turayev, Head of the International Cooperation Department Meryem Karlik and employees of the marketing department took part in the meeting. On the Korean side, Sun Moon University Rector Dr. Moon, Son Jae, Secretary General Mr. Kim, Tayu, as well as representatives of the International Department, Budget and Planning Department, Chungnam ICT/SW Business participated. During the meeting, a memorandum of understanding was signed between Tashkent State Transport University and Sun Moon University. Within the framework of the memorandum, the parties agreed to cooperate in the following areas: exchange of students and teachers, joint research and development, holding joint events, support for employment of graduates.
The parties expressed their interest in further cooperation and agreed to hold meetings in the future to discuss specific issues.
