60311000 - Sociology - "Social and Behavioral Sciences" is a bachelor's educational field of study, which is the social life of society, its social structure, as well as the activities of its constituent parts, various social events, covers the processes and laws of people's social behavior as a whole social complex system and researches them in theoretical and practical aspects based on his concrete empirical methods. This direction includes public opinion research centers, mass media, state authorities, law enforcement agencies, political parties, marketing and consulting services, social security, local self-government bodies, covers a set of issues related to direction in state and non-state institutions of education. After completing the course of study, the graduate is awarded the qualification of sociologist, analyst.

At the 1st stage, the subjects of Higher Mathematics, Latest History of Uzbekistan, Philosophy, Uzbek (Russian), Foreign Language, Digital Information Technologies, Sociology of Public Opinion, History of Sociology, General Sociology, Family and Gender Sociology are taught in Uzbek.

Qualified practice is focused on strengthening theoretical knowledge from general and specialized disciplines and combining it with practical (production) processes, forming relevant practical skills, competencies and qualifications, and is held in basic organizations starting from the 2nd stage.

In the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th stages, all subjects are conducted in Uzbek.

After successfully completing a 4-year study, the qualification of a sociologist and analyst is awarded.

Education is conducted in the credit-module system. 1 credit is 30 academic hours.

Transfer from one course to another is determined by the GPA index at the end of each academic year.

At the end of the educational program, Final State Certification tests are held.

Practical training of subjects related to the specialization included in the curriculum can be held in higher education institutions and basic organizations and institutions.
