It comprehensively studies subjects related to the field, such as the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, research institutes in the field of information technology, mass media, information agencies, government management bodies, state and non-state information services, PR and advertising agencies, internet technology, and complex issues related to quick information exchange and reliable information provision

In the 1st stage, the compulsory subjects include the latest history of Uzbekistan, Uzbek (Russian) language, Philosophy, Multimedia formats, Media communication principles and history, PR theory and practice, Media linguistics and literature, Foreign language (focused on the field), PR copywriting, Organizing information services, Journalism and public communication principles, Relations with the community and advertising principles, PR and advertising history.

In the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th stages, compulsory subjects, specialized subjects for the chosen specialization, and elective subjects are taught, and practical training is conducted in designated places.

In the 5th stage, compulsory subjects, specialized subjects, and elective subjects are taught, and practical training is conducted in designated places. Final state assessment is conducted.

Upon successful completion of the 4-year education, students are awarded a bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Community Relations.

The GPA indicator is determined in the third week of August each year.

The block of elective subjects is determined based on the decision of the OTM Council, ensuring the relevance, applicability, and dynamism of labor markets and the demands of employers.

When developing the curriculum, it is recommended to increase the weekly volume of the syllabus while maintaining the weekly workload of the student, up to 5% in the block of educational subjects and up to 10% in the subjects within the blocks.

The schedule of the final state assessment includes the protection of the final practical work.

Practical activities of subjects related to the chosen specialization are conducted in higher education institutions and specialized organizations.

To ensure the theoretical and practical relevance, students' practical activities in the field of Public Relations and Community Relations include the objects of their professional activities: printed publications and journalistic materials; radio broadcasts and television shows; information, analytical, and artistic-journalistic works; news distributed through information agencies; advertising agency products, both internal and external advertising; internet journalism materials, websites, social networks, hyperlinks; information materials of government management bodies, ministries, companies, and institutions' press centers; public relations (PR) service information materials; printed products published in publishing-printing concerns and printing houses.
