B.Tech Cybersecurity (CS)

Program Details

The B.Tech in Cybersecurity is a four-year engineering degree that prepares students to protect digital systems against evolving threats. Grounded in computer science fundamentals, the program moves progressively from networking and programming basics into cryptography, ethical hacking, digital forensics, cloud security, and risk management. Students develop both technical depth and strategic thinking through hands-on labs and a final-year industry internship and capstone project. 

Students gain hands-on skills in network defense, penetration testing, and cryptographic systems. They learn to investigate incidents through digital forensics, secure cloud infrastructure across major platforms, and apply governance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST. By graduation, students are equipped for roles including security analyst, penetration tester, cloud security engineer, digital forensics analyst, and compliance officer — or further study at the postgraduate level
