At the 1st stage, Scientific Research Methodology, Computer Technologies in Mathematical Modeling, Differential Circuit Theory, Modern Mathematical Problems of Natural Science, Supercomputer Modeling and Technologies, Network Technologies and Administration, GNU/LINUX Software Interface, Software Engineering, Computing Methods for Incorrect and Inverse Problems, Interactive Science computer science is taught in English.

Qualification practices are held at the end of the 2nd stage in base organizations and enterprises.

In the 2nd stage, the teaching methodology of special subjects, finite element method, methods of solving grid equations, Python libraries, intellectual analysis of data are conducted in Uzbek or English. Specialized subjects are taught entirely in English.

After successful completion of 2-year study, researcher-pedagogue specialty is awarded.

Education is conducted in the credit-module system. 1 credit is 30 academic hours.

Transfer from course to course is determined by the GPA index at the end of each academic year.

At the end of the educational program, Final State Certification tests are held.

Practical classes of programming subjects included in the curriculum are held in small groups depending on the number of masters.
